TAC Security’s Founder CEO and Cyber Security wizard Trishneet Arora ranked among India’s 100 Great People Managers 2021

TAC Security, a global leader in innovative Vulnerability and Risk Management solutions, today announced that the company’s Founder and CEO, Trishneet Arora has been ranked among India’s 100 Great People Managers 2021 list published by Great Manager Institute®. This is the second consecutive year when Trishneet has made it to the coveted list.

In its third year of existence, the Great People Manager Study which is considered to be among the largest of its kind, involved nominations by 10,273 managers collectively representing 4,189 organisations across all sectors. The evaluation and scrutiny spanned over 18 months starting April 2020. Particularly for this year’s edition, the ranking also evaluated greatness in leadership exhibited by the People Managers when the humankind faced one of the worst crisis in form of pandemic.

With his people-centric approach that is practiced all across in the way TAC Security conducts business, the talent community overwhelmingly welcomed Trishneet’s initiative to introduce a four day work culture. The move is considered to be first of its kind in the Indian business ecosystem and among the few on a global stage. Within the cyber security landscape, Trishneet is among the few who have made it to the list.

On the recognition Trishneet said, “The pandemic times calls for highest order of empathy and concern to be practiced as a core focus by businesses. When we introduced the four day work structure, our belief was to empower our workforce with enhanced work life balance while ensuring highest standards of execution. The latest accolade from Great Manager Institute® has strengthened our resolve even further to proactively work towards setting higher benchmarks on work culture considerations.”
