Littelfuse – an Electrical Energy Transfer and Power Management Specialist presents its Power Portfolio at PCIM Asia New Delhi 2025 for the First Time

Visitors to Stalls 27–28 can meet experts and witness demonstrations including SMPD demonstrator, Gate drivers, TVS diode, Bipolar modules

    -

Littelfuse Inc., a leader in developing smart solutions that enable safe and efficient electrical energy transfer, will make its debut appearance at PCIM Asia New Delhi 2025. India represents one of the world’s fastest-growing and most strategically important markets for power electronics. In recognition of this, Littelfuse is expanding its presence in the region using this event as an opportunity to connect directly with local customers, partners, and industry leaders.

Visitors can visit Littelfuse on Stalls 27–28 at PCIM Asia New Delhi 2025, at the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, December 9–10, 2025, where the company will showcase a selection of advanced power semiconductor technologies.

“Our participation at PCIM Asia New Delhi marks an important step in strengthening our engagement with India’s rapidly evolving power electronics ecosystem,” said Gursharan SinghBhatia, Country Head of Littelfuse India. “We look forward to meaningful discussions, hands-on product interactions, and building new relationships in this dynamic market.”

    Product Demonstrations at the Booth

Throughout the event, attendees will be able to experience demos of the company’s key technologies, including:

    • SMPD demonstrator – featuring a compact integration of an input protection using Littelfuse fuses and MOVs, a SMPD-based 3-phase Vienna rectifier, two 1200 V SiChalfbridges driving the primary side of a DC-DC converter and an active rectification on the secondary side using 200 V MOSFETs. This will highlight high-efficiency power conversion for DC fast-charging and power-supply applications.
    • Gate drivers – advanced gate driver ICs designed to drive IGBTsMOSFETs and SiC-MOSFETs in power electronics. Solutions include IGBT drivers and capacitively isolated gate drivers engineered for fast switching. Our gate drivers ensure precise, reliable operation under demanding operating conditions.
    • Bipolar modules – These are high reliable rectifier diodes combined with Thyristors and/or insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs). Common applications include Industrial drives, EV charging infrastructure, solar inverters, uninterruptible power supplies, as well as welding machines.
    • TVS diodes –transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diodes protect against overvoltage events by clamping the voltage within picoseconds. A demanding application of TVS diodes is to protect outdoor telecom equipment from lightning strikes. Littelfuse produces surface-mount and leaded diodes and TVS diode arrays. Applications include electronics in cars, personal electronics, data cables, and household appliances.
    • Fuses – a broad selection of fuse types, such as electronic and industrial fuses will be on display. Littelfuse industrial fuses are designed to deliver reliable overcurrent protection across a wide range of applications. From power and automotive fuses to axialcartridge, surface-mount, specialty, and medium-voltage options, our solutions ensure safe and efficient current regulation for virtually any system or device.

These demonstrations, as well as the power semiconductor products on display, highlight Littelfuse’s commitment to innovation and its growing portfolio tailored to high-performance and high-reliability applications.
