Verloop.io currently powers more than 20 million+ customer interactions every month., with particular relevance for sectors aligned with Nurix’s focus, including financial services and retail. With this acquisition, Nurix AI and Verloop.io are uniquely positioned to help enterprises production-grade AI agents across voice, chat and emerging AI-native channels, delivering measurable business outcomes at scale.
Nurix, founded by serial entrepreneur Mukesh Bansal, builds AI agents that help enterprises automate complex workflows and drive measurable business outcomes.
